True County Searches - upper and lower courts
A search for felony and misdemeanor criminal records from county courts utilizing a network of local researchers, and direct court access (no online procedures are used in Montana). For felonies, we search 10 years as a standard; for misdemeanors the standard search is 7 years. However, our felony searches often go well beyond 10 years at no extra charge (the exact number of years varies by county). ALL searches are TRUE court searches done within the walls of the county's District and Justice courts.
